Most of these projects started the same way: a hail or wind storm damaged a roof, and the homeowner needed a roofing contractor who could document the damage, meet the insurance adjuster on site, and complete the full restoration. That is our core work.
Samantha and her team went above and beyond to ensure that every affected area of the shop was repaired properly. Her patience throughout the entire process was more than I could have asked for. I had lost faith, but she diligently communicated the status of my insurance claim and the timeline for completing the necessary work.
We recently had our roof replaced, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Joseph and the rest of the rest of his team at American Prime General Construction! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough.
What really set them apart was how they went above and beyond in helping us navigate the insurance process. They walked us through every step, helped us understand the paperwork, met with the adjuster, and made sure we felt confident and informed the entire time. Dealing with insurance can be overwhelming, but they made it smooth and stress-free.
The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of work is outstanding.
If you’re looking for a company that not only does great work but truly advocates for you throughout the entire process, I highly recommend them. We are so grateful for their professionalism, communication, and commitment to doing things the right way.
I have used American Prime on multiple occasions. Most recently, American prime took great care of my clients that were in charge of the estate of a family member. They had already had a traumatic experience with their loved one being killed in a horrific car accident and I wanted to make sure this was a low stress as possible. Not only did they help with the roof claim, they also handled the repairs that came up with the inspection and negotiated repairs. It helped for my clients to only have one company to deal with rather than multiple ones. Thank you Joseph and Samantha for always going the extra mile and making sure my clients are well taken care of!
After the hail storm, we weren’t sure who to trust for repairs. We contacted Samantha, and she made the process much easier than we expected. She helped us work through the insurance details and was patient in answering all of our questions.
We had windows, gutters, roofing, chimney components, painting, and a few other items repaired. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, paid attention to the details, and cleaned up well after the job was finished.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend Samantha and her team at American Prime General Construction to anyone needing storm repairs.
My roof needed to be replaced after a bad storm and this company came to my home, accessed the damage and stepped in to help me with the insurance claim, met with the insurance adjuster and had my roof and gutters replaced in no time. They were so professional and knowledgeable, it took a lot of stress off of me having to deal with the process! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with Homeowners Insurance Companies.
Looks gorgeous! Did a terrific job and fast! Minimum noise and perfect clean up! I highly reccomended!
Job was done perfectly! Estimates concise and easy to understand. Communication throughout the whole process with timely finish. Highly recommend.

American Prime followed through with what was promised. No nonsence.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
This company really knows how to put a project together properly. Will definitely recommend.
Amazing work ethic, reliable! Thank you.
Knowledgeable and punctual! A true pleasure.
We recently needed extensive work following a major hail storm, impacting our roof and other exterior areas. As this was our first-ever insurance claim, we were incredibly relieved and impressed with American Prime General Construction.
We want to give a special and huge shout-out to Samantha! Her professionalism set the standard for our experience. She was remarkably responsive—always returning calls and messages quickly—and ensured the work was timely and thorough. Most importantly, Samantha did a phenomenal job of educating us through every step of the complex insurance and repair process. She turned what could have been a confusing and stressful experience into a manageable one!!
The new roof installation was completed efficiently, and the quality is outstanding. We appreciate that American Prime doesn’t just do the big job and disappear; they are continuing to work diligently on addressing the remaining areas of damage identified in the claim, proving their commitment to a complete and proper restoration.
Our confidence in them started with a strong referral: my mother used American Prime for truly extensive tornado damage last year, and they were amazing in that high-stress situation. Knowing they handled a repair of that scale successfully gave us immense peace of mind.
Because of the professionalism, expertise, and wonderful customer service demonstrated by Samantha and the entire team, we would absolutely trust American Prime with any future home renovations, even outside of an insurance claim.
If you need a reliable, professional, and caring contractor—especially for an insurance claim—look no further than American Prime. Ask for Samantha!
Trent, the project manager, and Joseph, the CEO, were great to work with. Thank you both for doing an excellent job coordinating and overseeing the replacement of my home’s roof, HVAC and plumbing repairs.
Joseph was awesome to work with. He came out to determine storm damage we received from a hail storm, met with our insurance adjuster when they came out to assess the damage, and worked with our insurance company to ensure they covered all the damage we received, even when our insurance company continued to make us jump through hoops to get this done. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. Super thankful for all the hard work and perseverance when working with our insurance company. We have since changed our insurance company because they were horrible to work with but Joseph and his team will forever be our roofers of choice! Thanks again to Joseph and his team!
Joseph Miller with American Prime is my go to for Roofing and Restoration. As a Realtor it’s important to know you are recommending a dependable, honest and trusted resource with American Prime. They are also my personal choice.
We had the pleasure of working with Samantha Stern after our home was damaged in a storm, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Samantha is knowledgeable, reliable, and incredibly organized—she made a stressful situation feel manageable. Her attention to detail and clear communication gave us total confidence throughout the repair process.
Now that she’s launched her own company, American Prime General Construction, we have no doubt she’ll bring the same level of professionalism and care to every project. Samantha is someone you can trust to get the job done right. We highly recommend her for any home repair or restoration needs!
