A fire loss often requires specialized emergency services, smoke and soot remediation, demolition, and environmental evaluation before reconstruction can begin.
American Prime General Construction coordinates with qualified fire and smoke remediation professionals and then manages the complete repair and build-back of the property.

Our Role After a Fire Loss
APGC evaluates the property from a construction perspective, develops the repair scope, identifies the necessary trades, and plans the reconstruction.
We do not directly perform regulated or specialized fire, smoke, soot, or environmental remediation unless the work is performed by an appropriately qualified and authorized service provider.
Instead, we coordinate those specialists and manage the transition into reconstruction.

Fire Damage FAQs
Do you perform the fire and smoke remediation?
Specialized fire, smoke, soot, and environmental remediation is performed by qualified service providers. APGC coordinates that work with the overall reconstruction plan and manages the complete build-back after the affected areas are ready for reconstruction.
When does reconstruction begin?
Reconstruction generally begins after the required emergency work, demolition, cleaning, remediation, testing, and clearance activities have been completed or sufficiently defined.
Can APGC rebuild the entire interior?
Yes. APGC can manage the complete reconstruction of affected interior and exterior areas, including structural, roofing, mechanical-trade coordination, drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, and finish work.
Do you provide documentation for the insurance claim?
We provide construction estimates, photographs, measurements, scopes, material information, code documentation, and technical explanations related to the required repair and reconstruction work.
