American Prime General Construction (“APGC”) may communicate with homeowners and prospective clients via telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), voicemail, and other electronic transmissions for purposes including—but not limited to—property inspections, scheduling, claim-related coordination, service updates, and information regarding home-improvement or restoration services.

All communications are conducted in compliance with the Texas Telemarketing Disclosure and Privacy Act (Texas Business & Commerce Code, Chapter 304) and applicable federal laws.

Under Texas law, a “telephone call” includes live calls, automated dialing systems, and text
messages sent to mobile phones. APGC may initiate communications when permitted by law,
including situations involving:

● A homeowner’s request for information or services
● Communications related to ongoing or prior transactions
● Communications otherwise permitted under Texas law

When you opt in to text messaging from American Prime General Construction Inc., we collect your name, mobile phone number, and a record of your messaging consent. How to Opt Out Directly With Us

You may opt out of future phone calls or text messages from APGC at any time by:

Replying “STOP” to any text message
Telling our representative verbally during a phone call that you do not wish to receive
future communications
Submitting a request through our website contact form
Calling our office and requesting removal from our communications list

Once an opt-out request is received, APGC will promptly honor the request and will not
initiate further telemarketing communications to the specified phone number, as required by
Texas law

Texas No-Call List & National Do-Not-Call Registry

Texas maintains a Texas No-Call List, which incorporates the National Do-Not-Call Registry.
Consumers may register their phone numbers through the Texas Public Utility Commission.

● APGC does not knowingly place telemarketing calls or text messages to numbers
listed on the Texas No-Call List beyond the legally permitted timeframe.
● Registration on the list generally becomes enforceable 60 days after publication and
