From Property Damage to Complete Reconstruction
Step 1: Inspect and Document
We inspect the affected building components, photograph the conditions, take measurements, and identify the construction trades and materials that may be required.
Step 2: Develop the Construction Scope
We prepare a detailed repair and reconstruction scope based on the observed conditions, required access, construction sequencing, applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and the work necessary to restore the property.
Step 3: Coordinate Specialized Mitigation or Remediation
When specialized mitigation, drying, environmental, smoke, soot, mold, or remediation work is required, we coordinate with qualified companies that perform those services. Those specialists remain responsible for their own procedures, equipment, licensing, documentation, and clearance requirements.
Step 4: Confirm Build-Back Requirements
After demolition, mitigation, or remediation has revealed the full extent of damage, we update the reconstruction scope and identify any additional repairs or trade requirements.
Step 5: Perform the Reconstruction
APGC manages the complete build-back, including the subcontractors, materials, schedules, inspections, quality control, and final finishes.
Step 6: Complete and Document the Project
We perform a final walkthrough, address completion items, and provide the appropriate construction and project-closeout documentation.
We serve property owners in Richardson and across the DFW Metroplex. See our full service areas, or learn about complete reconstruction and build-back.
