Every APGC project follows the same disciplined sequence: inspect and document, define the construction scope, coordinate qualified specialty providers when required, perform the reconstruction, and close with a final walkthrough and complete project records. One general contractor, accountable from first photo to final signature.
1. Inspect and Document
We photograph the conditions, take measurements, and identify the trades and materials the project may require — roof, exterior, and interior.
2. Define the Construction Scope
A detailed written scope built on the observed conditions, access and sequencing, applicable codes, and manufacturer requirements. You see what the project involves before work begins.
3. Coordinate Specialists When Required
When specialized mitigation, drying, environmental, smoke, soot, or remediation work is required, qualified service providers perform it — responsible for their own licensing, procedures, and clearance requirements — and we coordinate their work with the rebuild plan.
4. Perform the Reconstruction
Subcontractors, materials, schedules, inspections, quality control, and finishes — managed on site through completion. See reconstruction and build-back.
5. Final Walkthrough and Records
We walk the project with you, address completion items, and deliver the construction and closeout documentation. Throughout, we can provide construction documentation for insurance-related work — estimates, photographs, measurements, and technical explanations. We do not act as a public insurance adjuster.
